Great customer service! November 13, 2009 Reviewer: Tracy N Bonczek from Tariffville, CT United States   When I received the plugs they were beautiful but they just weren't what I was looking for.  I emailed customer service and they were really receptive to exchanging pairs if I paid the shipping costs to send the others back and the new ones to me.  Very nice and easy to deal with company. There really was no hassle.  I'm sure the alternate pair will be just what I was looking for.  I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you guys in the future! Nice job guys!  Keep up the good work.
